Edible cutlery
Our products consist of a sustainable and natural mixture of grains.
In cold and frozen dishes, the EATlery® cutlery retains its shape for 50-60 minutes and in hot dishes up to 50 minutes.
Since these are disposable products, we recommend using the spoon only once and then consuming it.
Our EATlery® spoons consist of a natural grain mixture of different grain varieties and sweet whey powder. We are already working on a vegan solution. Stay tuned!
The minimum durability of the EATlery® spoons is currently 9 months, which we can soon extend to 12 months.
Our edible products do not affect the taste of your food. The delicious taste develops only when the spoon is nibbled.
FRENVI is for FRIENDLY ENVIronment. EATlery® is FRENVI’s first own brand and stands out EAT and Cutlery together.
The products are currently manufactured under fair conditions in India, but from 2025 they will also be produced in Germany, more precisely in Mannheim.
Since the cutlery products consist exclusively of natural and biodegradable ingredients, our products can also be composted in our own garden. The spoon decomposes within 30 days.
Yes, in addition to the development of edible disposable cutlery under the EATlery® brand, FRENVI is also researching compostable solutions from waste materials in the food and beverage industry. Interesting research projects with a focus on "Upcycling" We are already working on our future products.
Compostable dishes
Since our products are biodegradable and compost naturally, they dissolve without residue within 30 days.
We have 2 different product variants. For one, there are straws of rice bran, in different colors and sizes. On the other hand, we offer drinking straws from dried coconut palm leaves!
The plates are made of 100% rice bran but can also be covered with a bio-based layer if necessary. Nevertheless, they easily withstand normal liquids such as sauces or the like for a long time.
We recommend storing the products in a dry, ventilated room. The permissible room temperature should not exceed 28 degrees.
No. However, we recommend using them within 14 days after opening and keeping them in an airtight container.
Reusable tableware
Our products are made from sustainable biocomposites consisting of responsible crop residues such as coffee bowls, rice husks, rice straws, bamboo bowls and much more.
REuse products are up to 50% plastic-reduced. The use of 1,000 REuse cups leads to a reduction of up to 1,800 kg of CO2 compared to ceramics or plastic.
Yes, all REuse products can be recycled.
The REuse cups are highly stable and robust. They can withstand up to 3,000 rinses and are suitable for cold and warm drinks.
