Reliable shipping with DHL

We ship all our products safely and quickly with our shipping partner DHL. This means you benefit from reliable delivery, shipment tracking, and flexible delivery options.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are displayed transparently during the ordering process and are based on the total weight, destination country, and, if applicable, the value of your order. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Any additional costs (e.g., for island deliveries or express shipping) are shown separately.

Shipping time

• Germany: Usually 4-5 business days after receipt of payment.
• Other EU countries: Approx. 5-7 business days.
• International: Varies depending on the destination country.

After shipping, you will receive a confirmation with a DHL tracking number to track your shipment.

Notes

• Shipping is carried out exclusively by DHL.
• Delivery to packing stations is possible.
• Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart and at checkout before you complete your order.
• From January 1, 2025: Packages weighing more than 10 kg or 20 kg will be marked accordingly by DHL in order to comply with legal requirements.
